Cancellation Policy


Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.

If you decide to cancel your order, please send an email immediately to our customer service department at: info@peachfan.com, Please include your order number and a valid reason for cancellation. Our customer service representatives will then calculate your refund, according to the date/time of receiving your email, and will do their best to help you halt the dress tailoring, and return the refund to your payment account.
